Omega — Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Omega ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Omega is a fitness tracking and AI-powered workout coaching application. The app provides:

• Workout logging and history tracking
• AI-generated workout plans and coaching
• Health metric tracking via Apple HealthKit integration
• Data import from third-party fitness services
• Adaptive progression tracking

Subscriptions

Omega Pro

• Omega Pro is available as a monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($79.99/year) auto-renewable subscription
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings > your name > Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Free Tier

• Free users receive 30 Omega AI messages per month
• All other features (workout logging, exercise library, metrics) are available without a subscription

AI Coaching Disclaimer

• Omega AI provides fitness coaching suggestions generated by artificial intelligence
• AI recommendations are not medical advice and should not replace consultation with healthcare professionals
• Always consult a physician before starting any new exercise program
• Omega is not responsible for injuries resulting from following AI-generated workout plans
• AI responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies; use your judgment when following recommendations

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app
• You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

Intellectual Property

• The Omega app, including its design, code, content, and the Omega (Ω) logo, are the intellectual property of Omega Fitness
• The exercise library content is provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed

Limitation of Liability

• Omega is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or service interruptions
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
